Uhhhh I'm glad for you, hopefully it won't delay a lot and is fixed soon! :)

So you got a notification before?

@AfricanQ Yes, we got an email notification last Friday. Today this arrived in the mail. Screenshot_20170617-194109.thumb.png.cef1618193e6b3f351b93ccb1dd6efbc.png

That's an easy fix! :)
Did they loose your pic?
I'm afraid for them to loose one of ours. We didn't think of writing the names on the back, but they're in a little zipperbag right on the G-325A. I hope that lasts!

Hi, we got our RFE in the mail today. As i shared previously, we had 3 unchecked boxes. The RFE doesn't address them but asks for a passport size photo of my fiancé. I also want to share some good news with the couples that are expecting an RFE (thinking they'll get one for an unchecked box). You might not get an RFE for that and your NOA2 might be on its way!

Great that you've heard back from USCIS :) You'll get your NOA2 in no time after responding to the RFE.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

I'm not sure if they lost it or not. The fun fact is my fiancé  (US citizen) went to renew his passport and he used the same passport photos for the I129 form. Apparently, they didn't think it was good enough, lol

@Estabaliz, I am right there with you when you mentioned the estimated date moving so far back... mine used to be the first part of July and now it has moved to middle and late mid July. Hopefully once our packets leave the US and get to the embassy things will be much quicker and make up for some of the extra wait time =)

Isn't it annoying? And I'm also dreading the NVC stage because it takes the infamous six weeks for some people 😱

I'll keep an eye on you to know when it's getting closer ;)

Eric received the RFE in the mail today. Missed a box involving criminal record.

I haven't seen it yet, he just texted me.

I'm still wondering how on earth we managed to miss it. Well, at least it's something easy to fix, that's a relief:)

That's awesome! Interesting how they didn't say anything about our unchecked boxes. I hope we get our approvals soon! :)

You know, the 2nd RFE is not unheard of. If you noticed that you had made a mistake, why not send them the corrected version?

You are absolutely right, I'm thinking the same. Todd will call USCIS monday and he will ask them if we need to send additional info. The thing is, from what I've read, when answering an RFE, only send what they ask for and absolutely nothing else. That's my dilemma and I'm hoping for advice on it on this forum. I have already posted in the RFE group.
