☺️☺️ you will hear me jumping for joy once my interviews over and get my visa 😁😁

You will hear my screams of joy across the entire globe. Something like the sound of ultimate suffering on the movie Princess Bride, but joy.

I am pretty sure it will be earth shattering. Just don't send tsunami over to Malaysia :jest::jest:

Oh my last 2 tourist visa interviews were basically interrogations. The former I was also accused of many illegal things that I never thought of doing and of course was rejected. The latter I was treated poorly but received the 10-year visa.

Oh no that's scary! I don't know how to keep my cool if I was in that situation. I'd probably tell them that I know my rights, that I need a lawyer if they try to accuse me. Other than that, maybe I'd be sweating and palpitating already. Which country are you talking about?

Luckily in the UK, the interview is simply walking up to a glass window and answering a few easy questions. For the longest time, I had this image of my fiancee sitting in a room the size of a football stadium, her in the very center, huge spotlights on her with an interrogator 50 yards away at a large desk, lie detector hooked up and questions beeing yelled at her. :D:D

And the donut treat before the interrogation hahaha! If that's the case, no need for you to go with your fiancé during the interview? Here in the Philippines, accdg to reviews, we have to do the interview side by side with the other filers and everyone can hear the conversation between the IO and the filer 🙊

AOS Timeline:

Dec 18, 2017:           Married!
January 18, 2018:    Filed AOS, EAD, AP

March 1, 2018:         Biometrics
May 24, 2018:          Interview (Approved)

June 7, 2018:           Received Green Card

ROC Timeline:

March 26, 2020:      ROC packet sent via FedEx (Phoenix Service Center)

March 31, 2020:      USCIS received the packet

April 3, 2020:          NOA received

Sept 30, 2020:       Biometric letter received (I didn't have to do it due to pandemic)

January 20 2021:   Approval letter received

January 29, 2021:      Green Card received!

US Embassy of Malaysia :) I hope I get a more professional and reasonable CO for the K-1. I was told by a fellow Malaysian VJer to not worry about the previous denied B2 visa because it won't affect anything.

@BlackbirdRN I'm not sure about phillipines embassy 😉 But I read reviews about London and it's not as daunting as you imagine thank god 😁

I have to admit we have a high fraud incidence rate here. It's sad because a lot of innocent and with sincere relationships are affected by the wrong doings of those kind of people.
