A truck huh? You probably can start a shop :D

Oh yeah! haha
I helped out at merchandise, so I'm a pro hoodie retailer :P

I've got so much stuff. Many memories, signed records.... and since I'm friends with my favorite band: Even more stuff. :D
One of the last highlights before I leave will be the drummers wedding, which I'm invited to. So sweet! I'll miss my 4 crazy brothers! :)

But this whole move is weird. Normal moving: pack, sort, pack, move, unpack.
This move: Sort, sell, pack, throw away.

I need to get NOA2 soon, so I can get rid of everything before I start to emotionally connect to my spoons or so lol

They either overlooked or your NOA1 was lost in the mail. You can submit an e-Request to let them know that you didn't receive your hardcopy so they can resend you one.

Oh I meant we never received a text/email notification but we do have the hardcopy..:)) Just wondering if they will send my fiancé a text email notification for the RFE

Sounds really fun! I'm sure you'll be there earlier! 😊

It's really cool. They've decorated the whole park in Halloween theme, after sunset "creatures" are walking around, there's fake fog, a lot of pumpkins... really sweet!
And for Christmas they open for Christmas Town. I was lucky to be back for that 2016.

Showed me again: We Europeans have no clue about proper seasonal decorations lol

I had a blast! :D

This is so so true!! I am kinda glad that I get rid of things as I go all my life so now what's left is either I bring them or give them away. I am not looking forward to bringing folders of documents over when I move because those are heavy and will likely go into a backpack.

So nice that you got invited to the drummer's wedding. I hope youll have a lot of fun with these close friends before moving to the US permanently.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

They should be sending an e-mail and text. Hopefully they will send both so that you guys can look out for the RFE. At this point, I am more hopeful that you'll get the NOA2 not RFE :D

The bad thing is: I kept sorting and stuff all the time before. I can't even imagine how much stuff I had otherwise.

My... uhm... 3rd last move was 75 boxes + furniture, the one after "only" 56 boxes + furniture.... and now I'm down to 5-6... actually not bad.
But it's so much stuff still haha

I know that would be the case with Gary and me... Well, let's be fair, he mainly do things like that because he knows it's important to me and to make me happy 😊

Hey there! :D At the moment, USCIS is one week earlier than VJ's estimated timelines. It would be great if USCIS keeps up with being ahead and on top of things.

Holy 75 down to 56 boxes :o That's a lot but you've down well with downsizing to 5 or 6 presently. I dread moving places because of the packing and unpacking :jest:

Hello All,

Does anyone have the link for the latest scan on approvals.?

Chomping at the bit here..

Thanks if you can provide..

Good Luck Everybody - Stay positive and focused

Steve

Don't think there's one. The last scan was on the 7th or something. Also, the USCIS system is not updated now so even if a scan was pulled, it will likely show a lot of "case was received" still :(

Hehe, funny... friends from the UK have put my number in the phone, naming me "Sabine The Lurker". Because I was making fun lurking on them on concerts from the tech base upstairs. :)

I actually like moving. I like going to new places. Glad though, the next move will be done by movers (army). I'm done with that now. And it is an awkward feeling getting rid of almost everything I ever owned.

Like @KULtoATL said. There's no latest scan right now. They're pointless since their system is... having coughs. :)
