You need to apply for K-2, so basically you need the same things as for yourself multplied by 3.

As for their father's passport, I would contact the embassy and ask if his other ID would be enough.

I have the letter of consent, my divorse decree and a copy of my ex-husband's passport.

i have send them an email to ask about it but  for weeks no answer  thats why im asking it  here :)   its  unclear.   i might have to call them later on when i have  Noa2 and a case number

More good news! Hah, another great day around here :)

Pretty sure it's NOA2 but crossing everything for you. When will you be knowing from your fiance about it?

Thank you!!! Ugh. I honestly don't have any idea about it but it should be in his mailbox within this week. I told him to check the box everyday!!! Hahaha

I am sure it will be and you guys can get reunited in the next few months. Woohoo! So what's the wedding plan? Courthouse first, reception later? :)

We're going to just do a courthouse ceremony for now.  The goal is in a few years for my fiancé to get citizenship and then to bring his mom over to the states as well.  Once that happens, then we'll be going for a full ceremony and reception.  What are your plans?

I do hope it is coming soon, I am getting more and more impatient :)

While I am truly happy for every NOA2 in the group, I can't wait to get mine!

I understand that feeling completely.  When I would see others get their letters, I would be so happy for them but then there would be this little voice in my head that would say "But, where's mine?".

We will be doing a courthouse wedding so we can facilitate the subsequent paperwork :) We might need a reception now because of my fiance's family.

Btw, I like your plan!!
