I have a question to those that are taking young children with to the  US.

What do i need to take them with?

After NOA2  i have to apply for  K2?  

i have a letter of consent from there dad but im not sure what i should add with the  letter because under it says to add a few things but i dont know for  whom the  recent certified extract is needed  exct.  and  he dont have a passport only ID card and it ask for  travel document..

I have full custidy of my 2 kids and he  dont really  see them.. only when it  suits  HIM like  twice a year if  lucky..  so do i need to have  any custody register?

It says in my divorce papers that i have full custidy... is that  enough?

Awwww sounds fun!!! You're so lucky to be with your fiancé at the time of waiting. And it would be more fun if you guys will receive the letter while you're still there. That would be the best feeling ever!!!! Have a safe travel. 😘

You need to apply for K-2, so basically you need the same things as for yourself multplied by 3.

As for their father's passport, I would contact the embassy and ask if his other ID would be enough.

I have the letter of consent, my divorse decree and a copy of my ex-husband's passport.

Thanks!  It was nice to have Informed Delivery while waiting since the USCIS website was not updating with information but now that I've got the approval, I think I'm going to stop it.  I don't have any other exciting mail coming anytime soon.  :D
