I'm very happy for you. Whatever you guys choose to do or don't do, it doesn't change that this is a huge success in your journey :)

I definitely feel that.  Right now I feel like the worst part of the process is behind us, that we've pushed the boulder up the hill to the top, and now it should hopefully be an easier journey coming down the hill together.

I am sure it will be and you guys can get reunited in the next few months. Woohoo! So what's the wedding plan? Courthouse first, reception later? :)

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

At the suggestion of @Estibaliz I am posting this here as well since my dates span Feb and March:

It's been quite a long time since an email made me cry...

Before I left for work this morning I was having a conversation in my head saying "As long as I receive NOA2 by the end of the month, I will be happy and my fiancé will still be able to arrive when we were planning".

I arrived to work this morning and noticed I had received an email on my phone.  I opened it up and saw that it was the USPS Informed Delivery email.  After weeks of having this service on, I was just expecting to see another day of images of bills and junk mail.  As the email loaded, I saw the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration logo start to load and all of my breath disappeared from me.  I now knew that I was going to get the letter in the mail today but had no idea what the news would be (approval, RFE, etc.).  My first thought was "How in the hell am I going to make it through work today"?

Then, the email finished loading and I noticed something else.  Either due to how the letter was folded, or how it had moved around during transit/scanning, I could make out some of the lines below my address..."The above petition has been approved.  We have sent the original visa petition to the Department of Sta".

My breath still hadn't returned but the tears of joy started to flow and I couldn't stop them.  Of course right at that moment a coworker stopped by and asked if I was okay and I said "Yes, I've just received some really great news, these are tears of joy, don't worry".

I'm still kind of in shock that we've been approved, it doesn't seem quite real after all of the waiting.  Suddenly, BAM, today it's here.

Thank you everyone for your kindness and support during this process.  Even though I don't always respond, or am slow to respond sometimes, this thread has been my life boat during the wait.  I know we still have a ways to go in the process, and the interview still ahead for my fiancé, but for the first time in a long time I feel relief and hope.

For anyone that is curious, package received date in Texas was 02/28/17 with a 03/06/17 email & text NOA1 date and a 03/10/17 hard copy date.  Based on the NOA2 envelope being stamped as 06/12/17, that puts me at 104 days since it was first received and 98 days since the first NOA1 notice until NOA2.

I am looking forward to continuing this journey with everyone here.  You are the first to know, my fiancé doesn't even know yet and I plan to surprise him tonight when I get home from work and we have our usual Skype chat.

Hugs and love to all.

Congratulations!!! Hopefully our will arrive soon. Informed delivery is not in my area as of now.

Yes it's been a long week lol 😂 6 more hours of work for me 😁

I've got 6 more hours today and then 8 more tomorrow.  And now, instead of relaxing this weekend I'm sure I'm going to be mapping out next steps and paperwork as I start the wait for the information from the NVC.

Congrats to all the new approvals. :D I am so excited for you all. :)

We still have nothing but my fiance and I are not too worried yet its only day 91. :) I just finished cleaning my room so that my Mum can come in and take care of my kitty while I am gone. Pixie is already mad at me. Has been giving me the evil eyeball since I packed last night. We did have a huge cuddle session this morning though and now she is giving me her sad kitty eyes. I told her this would be the last time we will be apart and soon she will move with me to our forever home. I have some stuff left to do before I leave out the door in my car for the 5 min drive to the border crossing south of me. I need to clean out my car a bit especially since I will be leaving in the airport parking lot at Devils Lake for just over a week, need to go buy some cat litter so Pixie has enough while I am gone, need to fill up with gas because I have just enough to make it across the border lol but not much further, need to drop a computer off at the library branch of the main branch I work at here as her public computer died the other day and then I should be ready to go. Told my Mum I would stop by the newspaper office before I headed out to say goodbye to her, my sister and my aunt on my way out. I have my passport, letter from my employer, boarding pass, airline itinerary and our noa1 in my purse. So I should be good to go for crossing the border into the usa. I will let you all know how that goes. HUGS I will probably check in while down there since Chris does work and hopefully be getting our NOA2 soon so I can share that news with you all. Life is grand and we all will make it soon.
