Hi March filers my fiancé and I are getting our finally documents ready to submit form I-129F hopefully at the end of this month. Hope you don't mind joining as we are both only 19 and need as much help as possible. So I just wanted to check with you guys if so far we are missing anything in our package that we are about to send to USCIS.

Package is packed like this so far:

*Cover letter

*Check

*e-notification

*Form I-129F

* Letter of intent to marry

* Letter of in person meeting.

* Followed with evidence such as flight details, photos of us together, photocopy of passports.

we still need to get two passport photo types taken but I can't think of anything else we may be missing if you could let me know if we are that would be great!

Thanks guys.

Sorry this is yet again delayed... I just wanted to say that I think the Check needs to be on the very top, then the e-notification THEN the cover letter and so on... here is how mine looked (and hopefully it's as close to what they were looking for as it can be)

  • Application fee - $535.00
  • Form G-1145 (1 page)
  • Cover Letter (1 page)
  • Form I-129F (6 pages)
  • Form I-129F Supplement: Part 2, Question 34.a, explanation of meeting in person
  • Evidence of my US citizenship (2 pages)
  • Form G-325A and photograph of the petitioner (1 page + passport photo in ziplock bag)
  • Form G-325A and photograph of the beneficiary (1 page + passport photo in ziplock bag)
  • Evidence of marriage and termination/dissolution (1 page + 7 pages)
  • Proof of ongoing relationship
    • Skype (21 pages)
    • Proof of a mailed package (2 pages)
  • Proof of meeting in person within last 2 years
    • Room reservation and pamphlets (2 pages)
    • Photos (8 in a ziplock bag and 1 collage)
    • Boarding passes and itineraries
      • Petitioner (1 page + 3 pages Work Leave Report)
      • Beneficiary (5 pages + 1 page Passport)
    • Receipts (3 pages)
  • Letters and evidence of intent to marry, petitioner and beneficiary (2 pages)
    • 5 Sample Announcements that we will be choosing from
    • Honeymoon reservation (2 pages)

      Hope this helps! =)

By the way, Congrats! We are still waiting for our noa2. Hopefully before 4th of July. I'm slowly getting anxious. I've been working so much hours to keep me from thinking about this. I can't wait to jump and run aimlessly for that noa2! 😂

That's what happened to all of us, as far as I read!

We even had that for NOA1.... so much waiting and all of a sudden the letter came. He didn't mention ever getting a mail alert.

Hello everyone! How's everyone in here? 😂 I'm having such a bad day and night. Hahahaha! This morning, I found out i did one big mistake of not checking one box on i-129F form.. That means we'll be expecting and RFE.. Tonight, I accidentally removed from my iphone all the pictures Of me and my fiancé together. Including the screenshots i was trying to save for the evidence. Tonight he already lost his patience with me 😬 :(( I'm hoping that I will still be able to retrieve all my pictures on icloud if I open it using the computer. What do you think?

Also.. those who had the same RFE with me, missed one box.. what did you guys do? Do we have to send all the pages of i-129f form or just the page where we missed to answer one question?

Hi, we missed that exact question (have you ever been to the USA) as well as two others unfortunately and we did get an RFE. Still waiting for it to arrive via mail so I'm not sure what exactly the RFE refers to.
