And I've never been to Dnipro.

How did you meet your angel? ;)

I have a good friend who is married to a friend of my fiancee. She wanted to have me meet a friend of hers that she claimed is my twin. I thought I would be meeting a friend of hers in Idaho (where they live), but she ended up being Ukrainian. I never would have imagined finding my true love 6000 miles away, but that's what happened, and I couldn't be happier. 😄

As long as you saved them to icloud I don't have mine save to icloud because I don't like them sitting somewhere in space. LOL But yeah you should still be able to get them. *crosses fingers for you* Sorry he is losing patience with you. This process is so long and so hard on us all. :(

Me on the other hand I have today and tomorrow of work and then Thursday I fly out to visit my fiance for 9 days. I can barely work. My boss already said yesterday so we are not getting much work out of you this week huh. I said no. She said yeah well that's ok long as the website, facebook and instagram are updated before you leave. I said you got it. LOL I will probably update facebook and instagram while I am at my fiance's anyway because I am a librarian and I plan on going to the library while down there so I can take some pics and put them up about me travelling and still going to the library. I check out libraries wherever I go all the time. LOL

Yeah.. He's been very understanding last night and he said we both made mistakes on the form because he should've doubled checked it too. :(( but earlier he's losing patience with me 😬 Well, I think I need to get to bed now :))

hahahahah! You should really do that. And have a safe trip when you visit your fiance! 😊

That sucks.. what box did you forget?  I hope i didnt make the same mistake..  waiting impatiently  and worry more and more each day its taking longer and longer. I hope you aved it online because then you can get it back if not that will suck :(    Good luck with retrieving it all. I save everything onto my computer too in case something like that happens.

All relationships have ups and downs..  for us that is  more because of all the  stress and not being able to hug to make up for the bad days..  Hopefully that change soon for all of us.  Keep your  chin up it will work out fine.

It's the #15 question on the form.. If I ever been to the US.. :(( i didn't answer NO. ☹️ so I think that's our RFE..

yes, you're right. At least I uploaded everything to Facebook and set it to private.. I can download iy over again and just download my favorite ones for now..

yes, you're right. There are lots of bumpy roads. :(( all we need to do is stick together because we won't be in long distance forever..

thank you so much. I feel a little better after posting it here. I better go to sleep.. :)) goodnight everyone! 😊

I don't know if that would necessarily generate an RFE alone. They have the ability to look up to see if your fiance has ever obtained a visa to the US before. It might come down to just who is reviewing your case. It seems really random what generates RFE's and what doesn't.

I shared this link in the February forum and thought people may be interested in it to help pass the time. This pretty much describes how messed up USCIS is with notifications and helps to understand the process.

Hmm, I wonder how the estimated time is calculated. We have the same Sent and NOA1 dates, but according to the timeline, your petition may be adjudicated between June 10 and June 15, and mine between June 14 and June 19. Doesn't make much sense. Anyway, I hope we can have good news soon!

My two cents, because I saw people with my dates with the estimate before mine... It might have to do with when you sent the file. Mine took longer to arrive than the average (thank you USPS ). Wilma's was sent a day after yours so supposedly it was faster. Maybe this affects the calculations...

Yeah, I'm full of theories :P
