Date received is when Texas lockbox facility got a petition and they are yet to issue a notice at that point. NOA1 is the notice date which is stated on the NOA1. At this point, they would have cashed your payment.

Dnipro is a very cool city. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to spend as much time there as I'd like. There is quite a lot to do there! I really enjoyed seeing Rocket Park, the old organ hall, going to the ballet and seeing various museums. The center is very beautiful at night with the lights strung across the street. I hope to be able to return soon!
