Yes, you got that right :) Definitely a good surprise for us since USCIS is usually slow plus our submission was 2 inches thick. Thank goodness for the ninja fast officer who got our case file!!

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Yaaaayy!! So happy for you! 😊 I feel anxious now.. Urgh! Maybe this is the reason why I felt so sick.. Hihi. Urgh! I can't wait for the good news!

Anyway, I don't have my fiancé's passport photo.. Do I really have to put that on my i-129f duplicate copy?

Do you have that on the checklist?
Seems really embassy specific as well. The German checklist has no duplicate copy of the petition on.

Since ours was super thin: That makes me hope we get a ninja officer, too! Haha

Morning all or Afternoon or Evening! Was reading back. I really hope we get our NOA2 in the mail next week while I am at my fiance's. He has the informed mail thing and I have a key to the mailbox so he said if he sees it in his informed mail then I can go get it out later in the morning. I said to him man if we do I will be sitting there watching down the hill from our balcony for the mail truck. You can just see the edge of the apartment complexes mailboxes from there. LOL The day he asked me to marry him he gave me keys to our apartment(he said its not his anymore), a mailbox key and keys to his van.

I was laughing at the omg 6 hour drive. Last October I drove 14 hours to Wisconsin from where I live in Canada to visit my best friend and also to see my cousin who lives there. I thoroughly enjoy driving. :) When my fiance and I met up for the first time we both drove to Rapid City, SD which was about halfway for us both. I drove 8.5 hours to get there. :) Was nervous to meet him but the moment we met I knew even more that he was the one and all my nervousness went away. He said to me that, driving 8 hours to meet someone from online, was the craziest thing he has ever done. I said well since I have met over 20 people from online since I was 24 for me it was crazy because I had never met someone I had a romantic interest in. LOL

I also laughed at the comment about not being at work but you are. For the past two months I have been doing the motions of work but I know my brain is not there at all. My Boss sometimes has to say my name twice to ask if I am ready for a coffee break because I am often drifted off in space. LOL

I'm now anxious about the embassy level, more so than I did with the USCIS for the I-129F.

Not having passport photos for the duplicate copy of your I-129F is not an issue but I think you'll need the photos for the embassy level anyway in order for them to issue your visa. Get extra printed! :D

Your embassy is a low fraud one so a thin petition should be sufficient and I'm sure the USCIS officer will be able to review and approve it quickly

Good morning y'all my heart beating so fast. I just got a USPS inform delivery notification that inform me that I will have a hard copy Letter from the USCIS. I'm not sure if it's a NOA2 or a RFE because I can tell with their system that's down. But either ways I'm happy and scared at the same time..my beating so fast And I'm sweating.

Please update us here soon.

I'm pretty sure it's the noa2 hardcopy. They don't update it at the website already, but they do for the RFEs. 😊 congratulations in advance!  What is your NOA1 date?
