Congratulations to those who got their NOA2's already! 

AOS Timeline:

Dec 18, 2017:           Married!
January 18, 2018:    Filed AOS, EAD, AP

March 1, 2018:         Biometrics 
May 24, 2018:          Interview (Approved)

June 7, 2018:           Received Green Card

 

ROC Timeline:

March 26, 2020:      ROC packet sent via FedEx (Phoenix Service Center)

March 31, 2020:      USCIS received the packet

April 3, 2020:          NOA received

Sept 30, 2020:       Biometric letter received (I didn't have to do it due to pandemic)

January 20 2021:   Approval letter received

January 29, 2021:      Green Card received!

Congratulations to all those who received their Noa2. So happy for you guys. I being practicing my Noa2 Receiving dance move since March 2, when I mailed my package, my received date were March 6, Noa1 issued March 9, According to VJ timeline I'm 5days closer to hit my timeline date. I can not wait for that days to come. Once again congratulations to you guys. Who ahead of the race.

I work very closely with a number of federal agencies that process different types of applications. I've found that a lot of what factors into how long it takes for the documents to be adjudicated really depends on the individuals doing the adjudicating. Some are a lot better than others. Others are a lot busier than some. That's very anecdotal of me, so take it for what it's worth. It can be a bit of a dice game and I wouldn't read too much into it. Hope you receive yours soon!
