Funny how nerve wracking this process is. We count days to the receipt confirmation, while at least 5 months of wait is ahead of us. But hey, luckily we have each other here with the assurance that many others are in the same boat.

5 months?  Is that based on VJ estimation when you update your timeline?

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

i cant chekc my status on USCIS, it says validations errors.

are you able to check your status?

Sometimes it takes awhile for the system to be updated so wait for a bit. If it works, it will just say the same thing as the text and e-mail for now. Nothing much to see so to speak :) However, once they start adjudicating your case, that's when being able to check the status online is more crucial.

Congrats! I'm hoping I can go see mine in August, before school starts. It'll be weird because every time he's come to see me. I've never been out of the country before, so it'll be exciting.

We are all in June for now. I hope CSC will speed up and take less than 90 days to adjudicate our cases. That way we can all get an interview and approval soon to fly out to the US and get married to start a new life already! Can you tell I am getting impatient?  :lol:

My goodness trust me, who doesn't wanna be with their fiance(e) as soon as possible? hehe. At least we know if all goes well, we should arrive in the US and start a new life by the end of this year!!! Thinking about that alone makes me so excited!

Actually I am really hoping to move there by December 2016. Then I can start my new life with my new husband (then) by ushering in a new year. It is all so exciting. The only part I'm not so thrilled about is immigration paperwork and being in a limbo :bonk: Just the other day I was already telling him what marriage dates we should consider if I move in November or December  Have you talked about dates and all?

Hey girls and guys - greetings from Germany! :)

Am I the only German here, filing in March? :D

We've sent our i-129f to the PO box in TX on March 14th and are now patiently (him) and impatiently (me!!!!) waiting for the first baby step named NOA1.

Glad I found this forum and looking forward to share experiences with you!

I just saw in another post that someone forgot to write the name on the photo and realized: We forgot as well! Might this cause a RFE?

Have a great day everyone!
