Awww thats a super story! What a gorgeous ring. We all have such gorgeous rings.  As for wedding bands we are going to go look at them when I go down in 10 days we both just want simple bands probably silver like my engagement ring as I dislike gold. *laughs*

I am feeling like a poor orphan now...

I don't have a ring yet, and instead of a romantic story i have a goofy one how Eric was dropping hints that he has a question about another question, and for him to be able to ask THAT question he needs to know something involving shiny things Long story short, he took one of my rings with him to the States, and now I'm expecting a shiny thing in August 

 

Goofy is wonderful though and yeah I left for an hour to go mow the lawn and so much happened again. Now I am heading out to the bank, the library and the store so keep chatting so I have something to read when I get back.  lol

I have a ring made from moissanite and I love it!! It looks just like a diamond and was a fraction of the cost.  I didn't want my fiance spending a bunch of money on a ring since he already had to pay for so much, so I found an antique looking one on etsy and asked for that (We had many marriage discussions before officially getting engaged).
