Hello wonderful people!
I'm new on here, but I'm so glad you guys exist! I've read through all of these 108 pages of comments, and it felt like a therapy session! lol Makes me feel so much better I'm not the only one who's going crazy over distance and waiting.

Let's cross our fingers the process goes smoothly and we all get to reunite with our loved ones by the end of this summer <3

Welcome to the Anonymous Whiners! :)

Where are you from? :)

I don't know that anyone is running scans right now but the processing page on here does some approvals for February along with various from Jan and Dec still.  It's a mixed bag but we can be happy they're into February at least somewhat :)

Hello,

Though I am not an expert, I have also spent time reading and seem to [constantly] review this and other sites regarding the process we all encounter. I remember that a couple months ago, the USCIS site was not updating as suggested. It was as if the update "skipped" a month. I also remember that this site (VisaJourney) seems to have a mean that is much lower than USCIS. While some people may choose to run "scams", I see more consistency among dates (especially when comparing year vs. year). It would be great to see the raw data as we could then check for outliers as they are fairly easy to detect. Does anyone know if these data are available in an XL or other form?

Best,
Nathan

Thank you! :)

I'm the beneficiary, from Russia. My fiancé is from CA.

How are you guys all holding up? It's been almost 2 months since we've filed the petition, so, hopefully, we've only have a third of the wait to go until the next step, but it feels so hard. Not a day goes by without us thinking of how stressful this is, and how I just want to be re-united with my love lol It's been 3 weeks since we've seen each other, and it's felt like torture being apart, but at the same time I have no right to complain, as I see some of you guys have not seen each other for months, almost a year. You guys are troopers!

This is a wonderful problem we all have - we have somebody we love and appreciate dearly, and I would not give up a thing, but the waiting game is tough.

So how long do we all think we'll be waiting for the approval notice? At the beginning of this process, I expected about 90 days. But now I'm not sure that's even realistic anymore. What do you all think, if you had to make a rough estimate? :)

Im guessing but watching igores list and the other monthes post.....95 to 120 days with no rfe... i maybe way off but just my thoughts.....yes i wish 90...but with randomness of the ones getting approved could a few be those rogue files thst get picked way out of order sure... im watching my number on igores...i figure when it hits 600 ill be entering the window of possibility....im at 856 i think....

So, I myself am getting frustrated with the longer wait then first thought and decided to see what I could find out by doing a google search... that being said, I came across something very concerning https://www.us-immigration.com/blog/uscis-transfers-i-130-petition-processing-to-service-centers
This could very well have something to do with the slow down :(

Oh, so is then processing i130's a new thing? Then, yes, it might be a reason why... Because I've been doing some manual checking for April cases and those petitions are the most usual ones and the amount is considerable.

Hi Anonymous Whiners!

I hope, since we're almost in our month of NOA2, we will slip through before it gets bad! Fingers are crossed for all of us! :)

JUNE will be the month for March Filers!!! And I just can't wait! Too excited for everyone! ❤️

Yaaaaaay!!!
WE'RE ALMOST IN OUR MONTH!!!! :wub:
I can't wait for the first March filer to YAY up here!!! Until now I'm really relaxed and patient (opposite to my "German nature" /quote from my slow American ;) ), but I guess once the first few NOA2's from March are posted here I'll get anxious too! :)  I'm not expecting anything until he holds the letter into the camera. We had this "not update online" problem already with NOA1, so... as long as it comes it's fine! :)

And my estimated date moved back one day in the right direction.
It's just a guess, and it's just one day, but it made me smile so much!!!

Don't even think about that! :)
It will drive you nuts!

I remember from NOA1... everybody got their NOA1 messages and we got nothing for a few days longer.
I was more than relieved when I received the picture of the letter! :)

☺️ I'll take your advice 😉 So exciting to think that in a month or so March filers will be getting NOA2 responses
