Hi everyone, 

 

 Good day, I will be having my interview soon in Kuwait for K1 visa. One of my requirements is proof of domicile but im confused if it is from me or my beneficiary. Please i need your advise. Thank you

It is for the petitioner (i.e. USC). If you live in USA now then it shouldn't be a problem. Just need the following with a USA address:

 

Lease or Mortgage on Home

Bank Accounts

Drivers License

Voter registration

Utility bills

 

Again all of the above with your name and USA address. Good luck.

April 29, 2020 - Check cashed
??? - didn’t receive text or email confirmation. Ugh!

Yep that is strange indeed. If you are concerned you can bring a copy of some of the items I mentioned. Especially if you are using his tax returns for affidavit of support it will show his residency is in USA which proves domicile. Maybe it's just a standard requirement on their list and doesn't apply to you. Would apply to petitioner's like me who currently live overseas. My guess that's it.
