I am currently in the U.S. I had a flight booked for 3 months i came here under the visa waiver program. I came here to see my girlfriend of 2 years to meet her family for the first time,sight seeing and just spend time with the person i love! 2 and a half months int being here i realised i didnt want to leave her again so, i asked her to marry and she said yes and now we are now married and we are ready to apply for the status adjust but we are a little worried if we will get accept. we are aware if you come to the U.S with the intention of marrying and staying then it is Visa fraud but i came to the U.S with no intention what so ever it was 2 months being here i realized i didn't want to leave. Will be grateful for any advice! I want to get through the process with a positive attitude and just get it sorted! Thank you! :]

If no prior intent and married then you can simply go a head and file for AOS.

And you already are aware you can not leave the country until granted AP when you apply for the AOS or you won't be allowed back.

Thats what I was wondering... awfully quick to have two very similar situations with just a minor change in the outline haha
