AOS after getting married under VWP

So me and my now fiance (from UK) were talking for two years before we decided to meet in December 2016. Now we want to get married under the VWP in the US when he comes here. We want to do it after about 60 days so doesnt look like we had the intentions to marry. We dont want to leave each other again. We aren't planning anything big just going to the court to get married and having a few of my family members come. We know aren't suppose to have the intentions to get married under the VWP for it to not be counted as visa fraud. We can show that his intentions weren't to stay here like a return flight ticket, flat contracts, his banks account, a job program, and his bills in the U.K. So what are the chances to succeed? WE are both aware he can be denied and be deported and have fines but we both believe its more likely he will be approved but we just  want some advice! Thanks.

eeeeeeeehm... is he in the US right now? If not, no problem, you can marry and adjust.

If I'm reading you correctly though, he's over there and planning to come here on VWP, and you're intending to get married and just want to make it look like you don't. That's fraud.

Anything other than advising you go the K-1 (fiance) or the CR/IR (spousal visa) route is against TOS because advising to commit fraud.

That's considered fraud and can lead to life-time ban from entering the US. Are you willing to risk it?

can't edit my own post anymore but discovered this mistake...

Correct sentence should read: is he in the US right now? IF SO, no problem.

If not, you do have a problem as the plan you propose is fraudulent.

I'd suggest you print out your post and give it to the border official.  Given it's the truth - which is what you are required to tell - you can let him/her decide.

Know that lying is never a good idea.  In life generally and in immigration.
