Hi guys!

 

I'm just wondering about what I should do if my dad who is my petitioner never filed tax cause he's unemployed and has no income. Should I just write a statement that says he's unemployed, etc....? Also, I'm not eligible for a waiver to file for myself since I don't have a work hours of 40 credits from Social Security, but I have enough income that I can use as an -intending immigrant- and have several ten-thousands dollars in my saving? I also have W2 from 2014-2016, Tax Returns for those years, pay stubs, and letter of employment. Do you think that should be enough or I need to find a joint sponsor? Thank you.

[04/04/24] N-400 filed online. NOA received and Biometrics reused.

[06/29/24] Interview was scheduled for August 9, 2024.

[08/09/24] Interview Day and approved on the spot. Status changed to "In Line for Oath Ceremony"

[09/12/24] OATH CEREMONY! Officially a US Citizen
