How do I get information regarding my former K1 applications? My first application in 2006 was withdrawn because my fiancé gave false information. My second application was approved in 2008. She left after getting her green card and I divorced her in 2010. She took all of my records. Crazy me wants to try love again. Will the USCIS give my information? Thanks for any help.

My fiance had the same situation with his ex-wife. You can  make an appointment at your local USCIS. They can give you the date that the greencard was given out. But they were not allowed to give his ex wifes her A number, only she can get that information. and dit not know the filing date.

What they tolt my fiance to do is fill out that he had a previos petition. then fill out all the information that he knows, and that if you can closely estemate the filling date it does not have to be exact. If you dont know the A number you can leave it blank. ( they are however still prossesing our case, so it could still be we get an RFE for this) but that is what the USCIS officer in georgia tolt us to do.
