I am trying to find out the average time it took Australians applying for the K1 to get their Australian Federal Police check cert from the time they submitted to the time it got to the consulate? My fiance had his interview a few days ago but we are just waiting on the AFP to get to them so that he can be officially approved. I heard it can take 3-4 weeks but I thought I would ask people how long it took them so I could get a more realistic average. We are very antsy and have been apart since Christmas! We applied for it online.
