Cosponsor i134 affidavit of support

I am using my brother in law as a cosponsor for my K1 visa. However, one of the question on the i134 form asks if he ever filled out the form for anyone else and when. It has been over 20 years since he filled the K1 visa and i134 for his wife, however, they dont remember the date he filled/submitted them nor do they remember where they kept their documents. In regards to the question asking for the date of his previous visa petition and i134, how would I answer this, if they don't remember the date? Can they just put down a rough estimate date? I recently started a new job with a current income that is 175% the poverty guidelines for a household of two, I wanted to add on my brother in law because my work history was weak, with income less than the proverty guideline last year. I'm not sure, since it been over 20 years so I my opinion it won't count. But if you want to list it, you dont need to provide detail the date, just the year and it good enough. I believe K1 allow co-sponsor as well so if you need a co sponsor just do another i134a. In your case,  you definitly need a co sponsor because they mainly base on income last year.  That what I did last year and everything went well
