why are the flags rotated 45 deg?

why was the UK flag not rotated?

I can do that next time I have a few minutes. Honest answer why it was not. I forgot to and you just reminded me ;). :-p

Hello VJ...

I want to make a motion.

The motion is for everyone to have wavy flags (they're smaller and cooler). Oppps, I just added my own bias. Anywho, all that agree please make your vote count and maybe Captain Ewok will be kind enough to do so or at least consider it.

Anywho, all that agree please make your vote count and maybe Captain Ewok will be kind enough to do so or at least consider it.

I actually disagree. To me, the flags that are "waving" are 1) TOO small........you can hardly even see their emblems 2) For some reason, they don't seem as colorful. (maybe I haven't seen enough of them, but of the ones I have seen......they look dull).

I like the flags he has now.

Feb 28, 2007 NVC received "checklist" response and original documents for the RFE

March 13, 2007 Case completed at NVC! Whoooohoooo!! Ankara, here we come!!!!

March 15, 2007 Case fowarded to Ankara Embassy

April 4, 2007 Interview. Wife gets handed the little green paper. Not good. Need to submit a few more things.

April 9, 2007 Items mailed back to Embassy. Crossing fingers, rubbing the "rabbit's foot", etc,..that this may FINALLY be the end.

April 14, 2007 Visa delivered! Wife is finally going to be on her way back home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

April 20, 2007 Wife enters through JFK. The days of grabbing my dinners at the WalMart deli....are now officially over!!!

many vj members with stationary flags were getting jealous for those who had wavy flags and

so captain removed the wavy ones to be impartial to all members

however if all flags are wavy it will be so nice for sure (F)

Unfortunately, the flags don't wave anymore. ^_^

Fortunately they don't! :lol: Mine is no longer a tiny hard to see flag, but a bright colorful, stylist flag.

PS add a wavy flag to your signature like others have here and you canhave the best of both worlds.

Captain Ewok mentioned that some were wavy because he hadn't gotten a chance to make the stationary ones for that country yet.....
