I am very irritable on today.  Fiance was told to come back tomorrow. He was interviewed by the woman I guess everyone has been talking about.  She told him I didn't have a job and I am self employed in the mental health field and provided tax returns account balances from checking and savings.  My tax forms show I made over 70,000.  She continued to ask how was I able to pay for my airfare....went to Ghana twice...again I work so I am very confused why this is happening.  She also questioned him because I have moved a few times.  Anyone with advice please reply.  I  feel helpless that there is nothing I can do and have made a lot of sacrifices to get to this point

The best thing your fiancé can do is be confident and give the same answers he gave this morning. These COs are tricky. They want to rattle you and make you uncomfortable. If your fiancé give different answer at the second interview, the CO will notice and it won't be good. Good luck! And I hope things go well for you.

Confidence and consistency is key here, I think she was trying to rattle your fiance for some reason. At least she did not flat out deny your Visa so there's still hope. Hope things work out better for you tomorrow, have faith that all will go well.

If you want helpful advice you should provide a little more information than just "221g slip". The embassy is known to be difficult for K-1 applicants.

What does the 221g say? Are there any red flags in your relationship like age, short length of visits?

They give a 221g to everyone who wasn't approved at the spot and who they need something more from. Seems like in your case they might need an extra interview. Don't go all crazy yet, just wait it out and see what happens.
