You mean everyone does not get a small cut of the ad revenue their posts generate here ? I know it's only a hundred bucks or so most months but it helps.  also the free Platonism plan cuts down on the time out pains

I get a very large cut, the biggest cut. Many people know this.

I assure you there is no problem with my cut.

See my siggie if you want to get in on the big $$$$ (Ewok gets a slice off the top too, but it's a small price to pay).

I gave up sugar almost 2 months ago, and I cannot stress how much good it has done for my health. I had mild eczema on my hands (stress-related) -- gone. I've lost 12 lbs, my skin is all peachy and clear and I have a ton of energy. I read every single label to look for sugar in its many, many forms. It's so hard to avoid in this country -- it is in almost everything. I started cooking for myself almost every single night, and now get biweekly deliveries of vegetables to my house to make things easier for me (between work and school, my ability to shop even for groceries in a physical store is almost nil). I have a big salad nearly every day for lunch, mostly greens, some roasted chicken and red wine vinegar and oil. I cut out dairy for a month, but I am back to having small amounts of it. Soy, wheat, legumes and corn went too, but I'm also now eating those as well, but only very small amounts of wheat which also seems to trigger the eczema. The hardest thing was giving up booze for an entire month which overlapped almost perfectly with the first 30 days of the Trump presidency.

Good job Maves!

Funny story about eczema (if there is one). I used to have it on my hands and feet when married to my ex, within a couple months of ending that relationship my eczema cleared up and I haven't had any outbreaks since. I still have no idea what was causing it though.

I have lost about 45 lbs since I started this job. Lots of walking around. I balanced it out by starting smoking
