I sent I-751 form on June, 2016... My green is expired and I received a letter of extension on July 2016 for one year. I want to travel on October 2017 for my son's birthday but I don't know if USCIS will send my new green card or I need to request another extension letter?

Looks like in your case the extension letter will be useless. If you filed in June 2016; your GC anniversary must be sometime in September in the best case scenario. Hence; your 1 year extension would be over before October 2017. If you are still not approved by then you'd need to make an infopass and get an I551 stamp on your passport. You will come back to country with that stamp.

Thank you so much! Yes on Sept will be my GC anniversary and I'm eligible to apply fo naturalization. It is safe to travel during that process?

So you can apply for citizenship in June of 2017 if you do not yet have your 10-year green card. This forces USCIS to adjudicate the ROC. BUT N-400's are taking about 5 to 6 months now, so it puts your trip right in the thick of the waiting period for the citizenship process. The ODDS are that you would be done with biometrics, but not scheduled for the interview by October based on a June filing...but again, October is very possible for the interview. Personally I would not chance it. Wait for the GC and/or get the stamp in your passport (AK_2014 said about a month before your trip, but I would call earlier to make sure you get in one month before you leave), travel (as long as those dates do not put you over the threshold for days out of the country), return and then immediately file the N-400. Good luck!
