no decision K1 visa interview

I had my interview on 22feb 2017. The interview went very well officer didn't asked for my police certificate which was in my hand . he saw our pics . interview went on very lite mood there some laugh also. but in the end officer said his system is currently slow he can not make a decision right now. he didn't gave me any slip. but asked me to wait a week for passport. today is 2nd march status on nvc is still ready. I am confused am I approved or not

Have you tried calling NVC? Did you receive any before you left your interview?

No i haven't called yet. I'll wait till 6th march. But i am still confused about my decision . He didn't gave me any slip after interview

Today i check my passport status they said "documents delivery information " now can anyone tell me wht this mean

Today my status changed to

6 days status is still the same after interview
