Thank you very much.. My other concern is when my fiance submit all the documents is he going to submmit all with photocopies only?

Yes, don't send any original documents as you won't get them back. All signatures should be "wet" though and not photocopied/scanned, ideally.

My fiance from US

If your fiance will be filing the petition, he doesn't need to send you anything. Not until after the petition is approved and you start to prepare for your interview, anyway.

You will need to send him signed copies of your G-325A form and letter of intent to marry. Whether or not your signatures need to be wet is a bit of a grey area but I think that advice might actually be a bit outdated now so you should be fine emailing him scans of those documents. Personally, I would post them to him just to be extra safe.

Yes, that's all you need to send. Unless you've been married before, in which case you'll also need to provide your divorce certificate.

You'll need to bring your birth certificate and CENOMAR to the interview (along with some other things).

Yes, there is only one G-325A form to download but you each have to fill one in. Double check the guides on VisaJourney if you're not sure if you have everything.
