Hi everyone, my question is for those who have completed the visa process here in the dominican republic.. I know that every case is different but I would like to know around  how much money you guys had to pay for your medical? I already went to the Web sites and saw the basic $275 and what every vacine cost... my wife has all her vacine but I read some where that they give some vacinations even if u already had them just to make some extra money so I just want to know realistically around how much am I looking at thanks for your comments

My Husband just had his Medical exam in the D.R last week and with the vaccines it was about $420 total. He is 32 years old and had no proof of any vaccines. The price depends on age and previous vaccine proof.

Hi Rich.

I did my exam and vacinations in november 2016 and paid 275 for exam and 120 for all the vacinations in Consultorio de Visas. There are two places were your wife can do it, Consultorio de Visas (AKA Consultorio Viejo, http://www.consultoriosdevisa.com/requisitos-tarifas/) in avenida Independencia and Servicios Medicos Consulares (AKA Consultorio Nuevo, http://www.smc.net.do/) in calle Bohechio next to avenida Romulo Bethancourt, in Servicios Medicos Consulares they are more flexible about the vacinations, if your wife have all the vacinations and have her record they evaluate and discount it, in the other they arent so flexible but i had heard that they make discount too but not much like the other.
