AOS of k2 rejected , plz help !! I am confused.

You send in 2 separate checks the first time?

 

If you did then because they kept yours and rejected your daughters then you will now have to pay full price for your daughters package when you send it back again.

Hello guys.  I applied for AOS and EAD in January and I went for my Biometrics last week Tuesday.  Surprisingly, today I received an RFE (Request for initial Evidence) with reference to my AOS form I-485 asking me to submit "ALL of the information requested below."  But nothing is listed in the letter.  I'm so confused.  Have anyone been in same situation.  Will this also affect my work permit.  Looking forward to your response.  thanks

I may or may not effect your EAD.

 

post a picture of the letter then it will be easier.  Block personal info.

Yes I did sent 2 separate checks the first time, I called the USCIS today they said I can send the $85 Biometric with my daughter's package and make a note that I file her papers with me so they know and it won't get lost.

Oh! Thats good. When r u sending ur forms?

I sent mines today. And later i saw my form g-325 sent was expired. I dont know what happens again now. I also called the uscis and they said i can send the rest of same forms which i sent before. So didnt really look into it coz i downloaded the form from uscis website 1 months before and didnt except it was expired form. Dont know what ll happen now again. Hope it ll be alright.

Hey whats going on with ur process? Did u hear something from the USCIS? I got my and my son's NOA1 email and text message notification today

Hi, that sounds nice congrats, by the way what date did you returned you package?? I didn't get any NOA1 yet since the last time I returned the package back. I was expecting a mail Friday but I didn't get anything yet, I am hoping and praying I get an NOA1 on Monday, I pray I pray. ???

hi, I didn't get any mail today, I wonder if you got an email or a letter? I can't wait to get a response from USCIS. I checked our case status online and everything appear in the system now but its all about the rejection notice not the latest one yet. Just go to google and type check my USCIS status then type your receipt number and its there.

Yes i got my noa1 notification in email and text messages on March 22 and noa1 letter in  mail today. There is different receipt no. This time. When i checked my status with the first receipt no. It shows it was rejected .and i got noa1 email on 22 march with different receipt no. And its status shows they received on march 6th. 

 

Did u send ur application again ? Or only ur daughters? If u only sent ur daughters aos only then it seems like they going to sent urs also back since it was rejected.

 

And remember receipt no. Will be different than first one.

I finally got Notification through a text and email today, but the letter I didn't get anything yet. I am basing on your dates it helps me track the days when I'll get my NOA ?. I supposed my NOA letter will come next Wednesday. Ohh by the way Yes I returned the packaged both for me and my daughter. Thanks for your updates it's helping us track when are we getting our notifications. Would you mind if I asked if your NOA1 says for biometric or it does say something else?

Yes, on June 2 my status changed into "New card is being produced" and today it changed into "Card was mailed to me" (just now). By the way I had got RFIE on March 30 and my RFIE responses was received on May 3(after one month)

Hi, thank you for your response. I've been reading here and there about that RFE because I got an RFE for my I-485 for tax papers and we never send it back yet coz we are waiting for it to get done. Until now I never heard from USCIS about my EAD yet, I am really hoping and praying that my EAD is on going/processing even though we didn't mail our RFE yet and I hope I hear from USCIS soon. O
