hey @shell20 my approval letter came straight from VCS not local office...

Weird, if your case was transferred and if you were approved at Vsc and card is already being mailed. Must have different people doing different cases and some actually update the system and get the card out in a timely manner. Honestly, today I'm pretty much sick off them and their inconsistencies. I shall wait patiently but if they are late producing the card then for the first time ever I shall be on the phone chasing it up. I tend not to contact, unless they mess up my address or such, but this time I shall ring them up every day, until they end up having a hotline especially for me! That's telling them! Wow, off my pedestal but by goodness do I feel better for that,!!  USCIS sucks!! Lol

Guys, how in the world do you get hold of a customer representative with the 1800 number? Tried the whole day yesterday, but that automated phone call kept saying call back from M-F 8am-6pm. What options do I choose to talk to tier 1/2 officer?🤯

press option to check up your case, so when the machine tell you your case he will say if you have any issue press 3 I think is like that so you get you tell the representative that u need a level 2

I'm sending off my n400 on Tuesday I'm putting documents together. What do I need to submit as evidence? Cuz nothing has changed since I submitted ROC.

Hi there, make sure you mail the evidence you gathered since filing for ROC. You need to send your U.S spouse proof of citizenship for example birth certificate etc. Good luck

I'm doing it online. I unfortunately didn't save a copy of the documents I submitted for the ROC. So I'm at square 1. what I have

1. Birth certificate

2. Resident card

3. Marriage certificate

4. 2014, 2015 and 2016 tax return

5. Joint health, dental, car note and car insurance and checking, saving and credit card account.

Although we have joint saving and credit card account we also have separate accounts. Do they need to see my separate savings and credit card account?

Did you file a tax return for the year 2017? a separate saving account and a credit card statements are not necessary if you have already a joint saving and credit card account. Your evidence looks pretty good to me and for naturalization, you just send major documents of proof. Do you have joint lease or utility bills? if you don't have them you simply don't have them it doesn't matter as long as you send what you have. Good luck for a smooth process my friend. Did you get your 10 years GC already? I am a CSC applicant so I will be filing in less than 3 weeks with a pending I-751. Online filing is pretty efficient and convenient.

Congratulations to everyone whose getting approved!..

Does anyone have a rough idea how long the N400 process takes?

I guess it depends on where it ends up. I'd suggest checking where you'd have to mail it to here https://www.uscis.gov/n-400 and then checking the USCIS timeline for that center.

It depends on how backed up your field office is or how fast it is processing. N-400 is processed by the field office. Did you check your field office processing timeline? Good luck for a smooth process I would be filing in less than 3 weeks.
