Do you own a car ? A joint tittle can be a good evidence for joint asset , bills together of your residence, apartment lease  , joint bank or credit card account. That’s what they asking I think. Do you have those ?

send more pict after filling ROC and mails with both names at same address and recent tax return, and an explanation...wow USCIS is messing with us...

Good question! We need to know what initial evidence was provided before the RFE can be adequately addressed.

Hey Everyone!

 

Have question, we filed in March, got update from site this is what it said. 

 

On February 27, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number , at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address

 

I guess they finally got to us??? I thought they would have already "Received" it? This means they are now working on it yes? I think it should be approved come March 24th . This is good news right?

Anywhoo- that means case has been transferred to local office and yes they are working on it, word of warning - opinions are divided and that transfer might be a glitch, USCIS website will go through maintenance Sunday, so keep an eye out.

Having said that even if case is transferred we don't know how rapid the local office is. But by logic they should be working on March filers now, and if you call you wont get any useful info since we are "within processing time", this will be their answer probably by mid April, and if you are not approved by then I would definitely make a case inquiry.

We have a car but is only in my husband name. We don't have any of that except joint bank/savings account. So I know we have to explain that in a letter.

We did just not really an explanation why we don't have all the above.

- Pictures of going to a nascar race together in 2015/college football match 2015, trip to Florida with my husband and my family from oversea in 2016.  

- Christmas cards/mail sent to us from our families with both our names and same address. 

- Joint bank account

- Copies of our health insurance cards.

 

I don't think my case is transferred like it said on 2/27. Since the letter is from Vermont.

No they are giving u chance to prove ur relationship if u don’t send in good evidence they will call u for interview.

How many joint bank account statements did you send? They show continuity, I would send all you had and the ones you got after filing. As long as your marriage is legit and obviously is you have nothing to worry about!

get debit card copy or credit card

joint of joint a counts u can open one. copy of drivers license add ur name on insurence and ur name phone bill ,light bill ,water bill also lease just explaining things only won’t work . u need to show in evidence

How about the car insurance even though the car is in his name he put the insurance in both of us name and the light, water bill, bills lease and ur 2017 tax if file together

submit copy of car insurance with your name on it as the second driver and copy of drivers licenses showing same address, and copy of health insurance showing you as beneficiary. mybe you can send the latest copy of your bank statements?

Your rite if u dont have those just call the light, water and insurance place and let them add u up.
