Lol, you wont know what it is for sure untill you take a look, but it could be that they are just notifying you of an update in your case, maybe it is nothing major, weird things are happening lately with all these transfers!

And maybe it is an approval?! In any case let us know, hope it is good news!

@ruchit12 The one on the left didn't work for me either until earlier this week, once the case was transferred to my local office.  Suddenly it started working.
