I put my wac number now in my uscis account and it said that last updated was 2/25/2018 I put text and email notification in this one now.

Hello everyone, our case was also transfer as of 2/25/2018 to our local office. We’ve filed through CSC on Mar 21 2017. I hope everyone gets their approval soon. Praying for you all!! We would like to call USCIS to make sure that everything is ok with out case, could anyone tell us how we can get in touch with a tier2 agent? What number to call and what how to get to a agent?Not even sure what a tier 1 or 2 means...really appreciate I’m advance. God bless

tier1 = customer service and tier2 = representative with higher level and this person can see your case. when you call press option to know the status of your case so after that you press talk to a representative so when they answer you tell them that you need to make sure about your address and you need to talk to a representative level 2 or tier2

There has been another update on my case, now it says on feb 27 - today my local office recieved my case.

I m guessing they did transfer the documents physically, not online.

What a freaking rollercoaster this journey is!

Mine updated again and it says received by local office today meanwhile as of yesterday it was received by local office on friday. Well my CR1-89 receipt number says card is being produced

I got like 5 text messages last night at 3am saying my card was being produced.....! My approval notice was Feb 9th.

Thanks! I dont know what to feel right now. I submitted my application March 1st 2017. Almost a year waiting... hope i can get some good news. Cross fingers!

For me it was not automatic and was defaulted to "No" when I added a case number. Signing up for mobile/text and/or e-mail alerts needs to be done for each individual case number that you add to your case listing.
