Adding to the thread.

 

I checked my other receipt # and it also says my Case was received by my local office today.

 

Fingers Crossed this means we will be approved soon  

 

I am a CSC filer as well

I will, I'm nervous because I was reading. that cases transferred has interview ..but we never have an interview, we have 13 years together and I sent lot of picts and proof, but let see! thanks

Well, they can not interview everyone it is impossible. You are VSC applicant I believe you will get an update sooner than later. Good luck.

Hope you are right! I feel for the csc filers though!!

That's the reason you are not getting your GC. If you are turning the mail delivery away and barking at him will not get you anywhere lollzzzzzz bad doggy

Thank you... my situation is that I changed twice our address last year because we were having trouble getting our mails so I did change the address online and sent the i865 change of address for the sponsor... I don't know if that's why they sent it to our local office!!??

I ve seen April filers starting to get their approvals also.

Only certainty about this is that now we know our cases are not forgotten! But does this mean things will speed up? How is our local office equiped to deal with this? If they have more people does that mean more scrutiny per each case, meaning more RFEs and interviews?

Cant jump on the hype train just yet, this is USCIS after all, especially since I am a divorce weavor.

Have to admitt, ever since the attitude towards immigrants worsened with the new president I have my bags ready to leave. Sad but true!

The address change won't delay your application. Your priority date remains the same. Did they also send your application to the local field office?

yes they sent it to local office 2/26/2018.

So what happens after your status changes to case transferred to local office? I have not signed up for email or anything. Thank you!

Mine says it was transferred to a "local Office" as well this morning (CSC filer). Worries me, stomach is sick thinking about it   How do we know where our local office for I751 is? Im from Jacksonville Florida.

Hi everyone!.. I checked my WAC # (receipt # showed in my I-797 and it says that my case was received at my Local Office on Feb 26. !! Today!
