Hi Guys,

So our marriage certificate has "Warning, it is a felony to copy or reproduce this certificate - state statute 69.249(1)" (marriage cert from WI) on it. We are applying for N400 under the 3 yr rule, based on marriage. So my question is, when filing online, shall I not upload a scan of this, but just take it to the interview?

I think that's retarded wording and it actually means its a felony to copy or reproduce this certificate for fraudulent documents.

Just create a black and white copy and leave the original colored one for records.
