Hey guys, one quick question, when I filed for the ROC we were in MA so we filed it with VSC, but then we moved to GA which is under TSC - so would my file be transferred to TSC? That would lengthen the wait, right?🤔🤔

GA is under VSC for remove of conditions. Did you change your address with uscis. If. Yes still in Vermont your file didn’t go anywhere

Similar question, when I filed I was in San Diego (CSC), moved to Maryland (VSC) - does my file stay where it was field, or does it get transferrred.  If transferred does it slow stuff down due to transfer, or am I gonna be one of the lucky VSC filers getting mine soon (or waiting another 6 months?)

I think your file will be transferred, normally they notified you,  to be safe make a call and make sure they have your new address on file . If not you have to change it.

I got a NOA saying they have new address on file, but it didn't say anything about transferring service center.

F159D3F8-981B-419B-8218-F1EF00D7AEC7.pngYes we changed our address. I just realized that removal of the condition is only done through CSC and VSC. Phew. That's another worry gone.

I moved from NJ(VSC) to FL(CSC) and filed address change online. After I filed address changed online I received a mail from VSC confirming my online address change request but didn't mention where it will be processed.

I visited Local USCIS office in FL and they said my file will be moved to CSC but I  called USCIS and Tier 1 operator said that my file is being processed in VSC.

It takes on average a week or two to get your GC. Generally, you get your biometrics letter within 3 weeks of filing. This is the standard time.
