On my case I sent all the bank statement even I even completed all the pages from 2014-2017, just to be on a safe side that I wont be getting an RFE.

We also have some evidences aside from bank statements. Beside each case is different and every IO have different mood and way in evaluating the application.

Here's what I sent: 

 

Marriage Cert

Copy of both Drivers Licence w/ same address
Copies of AAA Cards w/ same address

Copies of Health Insurance Cards 

A selection of bank statements from 2014-2017 showing joint accounts

Copies of 2014 and 2015 joint tax transcripts 

Copies of rental agreements for all houses we lived at

Copy of our deed for our home showing both names

Copy of our mortgage for our home showing both names

Copies of renters and auto insurance from 2014-2017 showing joint policies 

Copies of car maintenance invoices which show both names throughout 2014-2017 (we don't have a car loan)

Copies of retirement beneficiary letters and joint healthcare

Copies of charitable contributions at same address

Joint travel itineraries from 2014-2017

If this is not enough and we have to submit all the bank statements, I'd be totally screwed. My USC ex-husband did not disclose his bank statements at all..... Fingers crossed...!!

@England2Wisco You should be okay. RFE is sent to a small number of applicants and you have sent enough evidence. Good luck  You are VSC applicant so you should hear something pretty soon.

According to the timeline, CSC is working now on September 2016 applications. Holy eff.

and... according to visa journey, VSC went from Feb 5th a few days ago to Dec 5th.... what!

I was thinking this morning about the movement of CSC until now. Since, March 2017 until January-31-2018 CSC moved from June-5-2016 to September-6-2016. It took 10 months for CSC to move three months. If this trend continues than CSC will take another 18 months to get to March-2017 CSC applicants  Which will be insane lollzzzz. I hope they speed up the process.

It is still better than 12 years "as I heard that Trump said that"  

By the way, if they followed his order, our windows will open in march 2027 "as March 2017 filers" lol!

He suggested that for DACA not for the regular legal immigrants. If that's implemented across the board USCIS will shut down in a short time because they need our money to run their business and take nap on our piles of applications

It's now back to Jan 26th 2017. I think it's just the stochastic nature of how USCIS adjudicates...

They need to stop giving us mini heart attacks!.. I feel for CSC, they’ve got a long waiting game
