Depends where you filed, but if you're like me and filed in California you have about 6 months to wait at current speed. I'm actually going to file for citizenship before I'll ever get the green card.

I filed at the Vermount Service Centre. I checked the processing time on visa journey, California are still stuck on September 2016 where as VSC is on February 2018.. that’s why I thought I’d check in and see if anyone’s received any sort of news yet?..

We will see few VSC approvals here in few weeks time. Since VSC is approving applicants under 11 to 12 months. For the rest of CSC applicants including me, we can't do anything to speed up the process unless we file for naturalization to get some sort of movement or a miracle happens   Good luck to everyone.

Yes they updated their dates today, and for CSC they are working on Sep 6, but I don't know how they are working on Sep cases as Nov 30, although the Sep 2016 filers are getting their responses NOW!

I mean if they were working on Sep 2016 cases as Nov 30 2017, that should mean that they are working on Nov-Des 2016 now, but actually they still on Sep 2016!

So I have been reading about people who didn't send every bank statement for the whole duration of their marriage getting an RFE....

Should I be worried? I sent a selection covering the period 2014-2017. I just thought every statement for 3 joint accounts would be insane.

I guess its fine as long as you have other evidences aside from bank statements.

On my case I sent all the bank statements and I even completed all the pages from 2014-2017, just to be on a safe side that I wont be getting an RFE.

We also have some evidences aside from bank statements. Beside each case is different and every IO have different mood and way in evaluating the application.
