If the USCIS processing times are showing as of today "Field Office Processing Dates for California Service Center as of: October 31, 2017...August 20, 2016", how are you getting 2019? VSC customers are getting faster responses than CSC.

Even if they have slowed down in the last few months, most everyone should have some sort of response before October of 2018.

I think some are confusing the "Last Updated" information (shown on the bottom right) on the web page as the date the USCIS agents are working on the application dates shown. The actual data period measured is shown above the chart. The information is lagging about a little over 2 months. It is currently showing information as of month's end 10/31/17 which was posted on 1/5/18.

Hi JDP,'

Sorry for the confusion, i was just exaggerating based on how long the process has been already. At this point i am eligible to send in my N400 application next month, based on my reading this should help to expedite the I-751 process.

After the Title "USCIS Processing Time Information for the California Service Center" the page has the subtitles "How To Use the Chart" and "Important Information About Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization".

Then, right above the black bar that identifies the columns "Form", "Title", "Classification or Basis for Filing" and "Processing Cases As Of Date:", there is a notification in small bold letters "Field Office Processing Dates for California Service Center as of:"

Wow that's a new information!

I was thinking the "Last Updated" date is the processing time date, that date that appears on the right at the end fo the page.

Thank you !!

It is tricky to make any guess at this point about CSC movement. There is the latest development where CSC and VSC transferred Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker to Texas Service center on January-2-18. I hope this could help CSC speed up but you never know.

Well, you never know. I am not expecting CSC to pick up any pace in next 6 to 8 months. I believe I would just file for N-400 when I become eligible in March.
