If you check the other threads, you will see that it's typically a letter first, and then the green card. But this isn't always the case. Sometimes your online status is not even updated.

Has anyone received their approval letter in the post yet?.. 

 

a friend of mine filed 20 days before I did and recieved his approval letter on the 01/06/18 so I’m guessing we should be recieving something soon right?

VSC filers "as you" will hear within this 60-40 days. 

I mean from now until the end of March.

 

I-485 (AOS)

04/01/2015 Sent Form I-485.

05/06/2015 Scheduled the interview and mailed its notice.

06/16/2015 The Post Office picked up mail containing the new card.

06/16/2015 The 2 years Green Card was mailed to me.

06/18/2015 The 2 years Green Card in hand.

I filed through CSC, and my status online is still "Case Was Received". Is this what other CSC filers have as well? For some reason, I have 2 WAC numbers, and the one of NOA doesn't get recognized by the website. I know I just need to be patient, but it just makes me anxious.

Yes we all have the same notice on the website, and also we have 2 WAC numbers, just we could use one of them!

Actually you are a VSC filer, that means you will probably receive a response before your window's opening time!

You are right, but I am talking about the average, if you look into other threads you will see that most of VSC filers are getting their responses after 10-12 month, while CSC filers are getting their responses after 1 year + 4-6 months.

Since CSC is at its unprecedented slow processing there is no harm filing for naturalization with pending I-751. I don't think so CSC is going to pick up any speed in next 6 months. Let's hope things change drastically but VSC applicants are lucky than us :(
