Based on the current processing timeline. Vermont SC is approving applicants under 1 year per average 11 to 12 months whereas California CS is taking 14 to 16 months average to approve applicants. Things could change  for CSC but this has been the outcome for an year.

I actually become eligible for that this week (filed I-751 at the end of my 90-day window) so I'm back on VJ to took things up. I checked a month or so ago it looked like no one knew for sure that it was okay to send in the N-400 with the I-751 pending, but everything pointed to it probably being okay, or at least everyone seemed to be doing it. I'll do some research today. I have the form ready to go and just need to check what kind of evidence is needed this time. I think since I'm applying through the marriage/3-year rule we need to resend a lot of the financial co-mingling evidence we sent for the I-751...

Haven't heard anything from the I-751 and wasn't really expecting to, I think it's still taking at the very least a year. When I check the case number on the tracker it still says "case was received" from back in March. We'll probably need to go get that passport stamp when the letter expires.

Can't wait to be done with the process...  at least we're getting closer!

That's great. Did he get an interview? March is only 3 mo. away. Waiting for the 10 year greencard has been way less stressful than waiting for my AOS from my K1.

He didn't have an interview. Had an info pass as he had to travel after expiry of letter... now he has to wait up to a couple of months to actually GET the removed conditions greencard.

VSC did approve few January-2017 applicants but CSC is stuck in August-2016. CSC has been ridiculously slow since last year.

Interesting, because when I submitted mine it was VSC that was seriously backed up. I remember having a sinking feeling when reviewing the processing time.

So they don't just send it straight after approval?
