No it don't matter if u sent one or two checks but regarding cashing check it's to early they should do it today or monday longest u sent in ur application it should be fine don't worry

Conditional Permanent Resident card expires Monday, April 24, 2017 (for my wife)

 

  • 90-day window opens Tuesday, January 24, 2017
  • Removal of Conditions I-751 packet dropped off at postal counter on Tuesday, March 28, 2017
  • USPS Tracking indicates that package was delivered on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at the California Service Center in Laguna Niguel
  • Now watching for activity on my checking account to determine when filing fee and biometric fee are processed, and waiting for the NOA granting a one-year extension during the processing period

Just in case anyone is in the same position as me, I used the NOA code to check my case status out of interest and the number wasn't recognized. I called USCIS the day after I got my NOA, and apparently it takes up to 45 days for your case to be logged on the online-system. For some reason, I'm way more relaxed about getting my 10 year green card than the first 2 year one. 

Sent AOS Documents: 09/17/14

Documents Received: 09/18/14

Welcome letter received: 06/18/15

 

Sent I-751 Documents: 03/13/2017

Package received: 3/14/17

Check cashed: 03/21/17

NOA received: 03/23/17

NOA dated: 03/16/17

Biometrics: 04/20/17

ROC Approved: 02/09/2018

 

Sent N-400 Documents: 03/13/2018

Package received: 3/14/18

Check cashed: 03/29/18

NOA received: 03/19/18

NOA dated: 03/19/18

Just added our info to the spreadsheet!! I'm seeing smooth and SWIFT Approvals without Interview for all of us!! And so it is!!!

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

yes it least. from some people i heard it s year with VSC the problem is like u don't know what they are going to ask after waiting for whole year.
