Received my I-797 notice of action on 3/14!

 

The note in there says "your conditional resident status is extended for a period of one year" - is that the same for everyone?

Check was cashed yesterday. No NOA yet but I'm relieved knowing that the check was cashed as that's my confirmation that it was delivered lol now we'll just sit back and wait........and wait....and wait!!! I hope you hear something today.

So I Just Received My Biometrics Letter Today, It is Scheduled for April 14th 10 AM! The Notice is Dated 03/24/17. Is it normal to receive the Biometrics letter first and then the NOA extending the permanent residence? I've heard of this happening to other people but I don't know if that's just a thing now. Anywhooo.... my card doesn't expire until the end of may so I won't start to worry about the NOA until the beginning of May.

ROC -I751: Removal of Conditions on Green Card

At least yours is received :P I sent mine on the 20th, I still don't know anything if it's received or not. I don't think you have anything to worry about. I'm sure when they "hopefully" cash our check..you guys won't be far behind us. Good luck!

No take 3-5 days to chash check 

or if u missing anything they will not cash check they will send u back ur applications for correction 

but just give it week.

You can track your money order... if you  have el copy of your money order... get the phone number and see if they cashed it!!
