SEPTEMBER 26, 2014: Approved!!! (via USCIS site)...yipeee!!!! (80 days from NOA1)

Hi Everyone,

 

First off Happy Filing and Good luck to everyone while they wait to hear some good news :).

 

I sent off my I-751 Application to Remove Conditions from my Green Card on March, 4th, 2017 to the California Service Office. My GS expires in May, does anyone know if i will receive a letter extending my status for 1 year, or is that on a case by case basis?

Everyone that applies to have conditions removed receives a one year extention letter. The advertised processing time is 8-10 months but based on what I've been reading it's taking more than 1 year to be approved.

Quick question regarding IRS transcript for 2016, what did you send? Can we just send the copy we have made on Turbo tax ?we just made our recent 2016 taxes last week and be filing this week as well. Thanks.

Hi OP. Yes, I believe everyone will receive an extension letter for one year based on other threads but the problem I read lies on when will you get it  since we have different service centers. They said CSC, your center, is quite fast unlike ours, VSC which is slow on processing.

Hi! We also use turbo tax to file our 2016 tax... We filed first week of february.

 

I ordered our transcripts thru IRS website and printed it. Luckily our 2016 tax is already available.

 

Try to check the IrS website if your 2016 is ready, if not just send the copy you have made thru turbo tax.

Hey everyone,

 

just sent the i751 packet yesterday. It includes:

 

- copy of my green card and wife's us passport

- copies of joint apartment lease and wife's car lease with me as a co signer

- car insurance with both names

- 2015 joint IRS transcript 

- AT&T bill with both names 

- February bank statement joint savings account

- photos from our trips, vow renewal and with our family and friends from the past 2 years

- copy of recent ultrasound ( my wife is 15 weeks pregnant)

 

and check for $680

 

What do you guys think, does that look ok?

Ok so I sent off my docs today at the CSC location...yaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy let my journey and waiting game begin. Expected delivery is thursday
