Hello all March 17 filers,

congrats on your approvals so far so far and good luck to the rest of you. I am an April 17 filer and wanted to ask a couple of questions to you guys to get a clearer view on when my case may be approved.

My NOA is April 17, 2017 and I filed for my N400 the same day one year later. My N400 has “No case status” online and my Greencard just says “transferred to local office” around March this year with no updates since. I am in Los Angeles.

has anyone here received approval on their GC that filed N400 are all of these being combined? I have not had any notifications to say transferred to any other offices.

At USCIS website

So I've seen people that saw their approval at DHS website and never had the USCIS website updated. I'm assuming they have different databases? Both of my receipt number at USCIS still show no updates. I'm just concerned that I might have issues on getting my card issued since I didn't see people getting their tracking numbers at DHS website.

Any thoughts?

Hi there, most probably you might not get the GC since you filed for N-400 with a pending ROC. They will conduct a joint interview for both of your cases and the N-400 will supersede the I-751. This is a common practice these days. The wait time also depends on your field office.

It's been about 17 months waiting for ROC, and it's been 16 months since I-751 biometrics. Does anyone know if we would have to go in for Biometrics again, since it's been longer than 12 months?

@flash9153 Didn't you already give your biometrics for your N-400 application ? You should be good IMO

Yes we (my wife) did. That was in April of this year for N-400. I wasn't sure if they would consider biometrics for I-751 outdated. Thanks.

Hi guys,

also @Dan&Yvette and @AnGeLxX

It's been a week almost since the DHS website showed us approved. First they said we are producing your new card and next day changed to we approved your case.

I don't nothing at USCIS. Also, I've never seen anyone getting tracking numbers at USCIS.com.

Could someone tell me if that's ok?

Thanks

Both sites for me showed that I’m approved. But I never seen a tracking number so I called and they told me there wasn’t one because they didn’t send it out yet. But now I filed for the I-90, because I never received the GC.

So I don’t know with your case lol..you could call and ask for a tracking number?.
