Got this coming in the mail today. Filed March 2017 transferred to NSC on April 4th this year. Really hoping its an approval.

not being negative here but I read on some vjers that approval letter is just one page. As you can see yours is 2 pages, its probably an extension letter that uscis has been sending out. Im a CSC filer too and was moved to Nebraska and haven't got any news, been reading posts and comments and seems like they've been sending out extension letters. But I hope all the best for you and for all of us.

I have exactly the same letter in the mail! CSC filer at the end of March, transferred to Nebraska. No update on the online tracker.

Anyone know what the statue of liberty in the background means? Good news?

Also a CSC filer mid of March and was transferred to Nebraska on April 4th.... Got no letter or anything here.

But I've read on some VJ posts that approval letter is just one page. As you can see, its 2 pages. Its probably the extension letter that USCIS has been sending out. But fingers crossed, I hope its all good news.

anyone with transfer to National Benefits Center (NBC) in Lee Summit, MO? I filed for I-751 in March 2017 (mailed to CA) and N-400 in Jan 2018 (online). My case was transferred to NBC on May 1 2018. No update since then.

CSC filer here. Our case was transfer to Nebraska in June, since than we have not heard anything else. This morning we saw a similar mail coming our way. I do hope it's a approval ! But, I'm skeptical and I think below person is correct and it's just a extension. Just hang in there guys, we don't have to much to wait until our cases are processed. Good luck to everyone!

Got excited for a second today just to find an extension letter for 18 months instead of 12, which is interesting considering I have no green card in hand and I have a stamp on my passport valid until April. -_- I saw someone posted about Nebraska now having a timeline available for our documents and I hope to have some good news before the end of the year. I guess the wait continues... :(

On hold with USCIS to try and get to the bottom of this, because as its written it doesn't seem like its valid without the card/NOA that they took off me when they stamped.

Spoke to a tier 1, and they can't understand why I don't have my green card or letter, or why fairfax USCIS took it off me for the I551 stamp, and I've been escalated to tier 2. I've told them that there are number of people with the same issue.  Call back expected in 100+ minutes

I am on vacation with my family in Colombia and will return on August 10th. The USPS mail arriving soon feature shows a letter from USCIS NE Service Center. My wife's case was transferred there a few months ago due to delays at the CA Service Center. Is there any way to anticipate if it is a biometrics letter, approval letter, interview notice or RFE just from the outside of the envelope?

Thank you in advance!

Just opened my letter from USCIS and it looks to be a 12-month subscription to the Jelly of the Month club......

(Sorry just hoping a little classic American movie humor may lighten the disappointing mood for us CSC-->NSC transfers)

I got that extension letter too. It's addressed directly from the NBC where my case was transferred to.

Curiously, the paper is of a lot higher standard that my original 12-month extension document. That one was almost just a photocopied bit of paper, this one has all kinds of hidden watermarks and document authenticity elements, almost like a Cheque does.

AOS:

NOA: June 16th, 2014

NPIW: September 29th, 2014

Received Green Card: June 13th, 2015.

RoC:

California Service Center

Submitted: March 22nd, 2017

Completed: October 5th, 2018

N-400:

Submitted: December 11th, 2019

Biometrics: December 31st, 2019

Interview: April 22nd, 2020

Interview descheduled and now waiting for further updates...
