Maybe the approval letter? Has you case been transferred to TX or NE?

Never transferred! I hope it's an approval letter. It said online a new card was been produced but then it reverted back to we received your case as of this morning.

Each time I have changed my address online, I call around 5 working days later to make sure they have received it. Them failing to update their systems caused a denial initially when I filed for i485.  Each time I have been told by an agent on the call that I do not need to do it for my spouse as I'm filing an i751. I ask every time because I've always been so paranoid about something bad happening. And I've been approved.

I-865 instruction doesn't say anything about I-751. It states "if at any time..."  But I agree -  a lot of of people just do AR-11 and it works fine.

We also had troubles with our address change, so I do understand been paranoid about that!! :)

Really glad everything worked just fine for you this time (seems like you are getting a mail from USCIS ). Hopefully your approval notice - fingers crossed!

It's an approval letter. Mine looks like that too. I got it a few days after the online update " Card has been produced". But hey never believe USCIS...lol I really hope you get your card soon.

You've got nothing to lose by doing both you and your sponsor! I was just told I didn't need to. But it says officially that you do. (I never knew that). It seems the officers at USCIS seem to give out different information to people and it's not always correct.

Not compared to most people. I sent all our rent agreements, each years tax returns, my daughters birth certificate showing we were both named. Our car insurance saying we were both named. I sent two things from each address we've lived at showing we both lived there at the same time, because we didn't have a lot of stuff in both our names. Such as utilities bills, a vets bill for my dog and a cell phone bill. We've never had a joint bank account or anything until last year. We never got an RFE.

At the end of my journey!

Honestly, I don't always think kids makes a huge difference. I understand it does a bit, but I've seen examples where people who have children have RFE's.

You might be one of the first ones to get approved from CSC. Was your case transferred to another office by any chance?

Good luck, and I hope this is indeed an approval letter for you.

5/1/2014: I-130 Sent (Nebraska Service Center)

5/23/2015: US Entry :jest:

3/1/2017: Filed i-751 (California Service Center,  transferred to National Benefits Center on 3/13/2018)

2/23/2018: Filed N-400 online at Chicago, IL
10/03/2018: i751-N400  combo interview successful

So ... March 2017 filer, my case was transferred to Texas Service Center on June 19th 2018. I couldn't find the processing time for that service center on form I-751 so I called USCIS customer service instead. And I was told wait time of 6 months from June 19th until I could make an inquiry about the case. Should I freak out now :crying::crying::crying::crying:
