did you mail the change of address or did it online? how about the -865, the sponsors change of address form?

Online every time and just mine. You don't need to do the sponsor.

Congratulations!!

Still no Green card here or an update from my I-90 expedite..ROC approved since April 8 2018. USCIS..USCIS :jest:<_<

I was just telling my spouse about your case and some others. That's so crazy. I have my passport stamped so I don't mind the wait. Just so happy it's approved. I needed some good news.

Aww noo..When did you guys call again for the expedite?

Sorry, have not been coming on here. June 12 yes & the latest email was that there are no updates to our case. I really feel because we were at the tail end of the approvals during the printing of incorrect green-cards, they created the label for our card, but never mailed it. We even had the postmaster here trying to help us. Soooo USCIS seems to think we received the card even though it says it never left MO. Our I-90 shouldn’t be taking this long should it?  We do have the year stamp in my hubby’s passport like I said, but it’s not practical to carry around a big passport. He doesn’t drive so his card is his main form of ID & it’s been expired forever & people don’t understand why. I’m just beyond annoyed by the mistakes & USCIS not taking responsibilities for them. Rant over 🤦🏻‍♀️ Has your card come? You were approved for your expedite correct?

Totally agree with you. When I called the first time they did say my card was never sent and then later I still got a letter saying they did and it never got returned blah blah and I should file for I-90.

No card. My expedite is not approved yet, I haven't had an update since I requested for the expedite(6/15).

Oh no!!  Good luck, I guess that they replied to our expedite even with a denial was something. They just stated we didn’t meet the criteria for the expedite & to get a stamp...which we already have. I’m just going to stop thinking about all of this & hope the card magically appears soon!  Good luck. Keep me posted 😉

Online every time and just mine. You don't need to do the sponsor.

If your Spouse filed Form I-864 for you, then I-865 , "Sponsor's Notice of Change of Address" is required.

" If at any time in the past you completed Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, to sponsor an immigrant, you are required to report your change of address within 30 days of the change if the sponsorship agreement is still in force"

So, you file your AR-11 on-line, and USC is required to mail hid/her I-865.

Each time I have changed my address online, I call around 5 working days later to make sure they have received it. Them failing to update their systems caused a denial initially when I filed for i485.  Each time I have been told by an agent on the call that I do not need to do it for my spouse as I'm filing an i751. I ask every time because I've always been so paranoid about something bad happening. And I've been approved.
