from my understanding the message doesn't necessarily go to the officer or the same service center the expedite however would go direct to someone in the officer where your case is being handled so calling would be best

Okay thanks! I will call them sometime in the upcoming week. I'm so tired of dealing with USCIS..If we would do this at our job we would all get fired lol.

So I went for my N400 interview today and was approved. They scheduled me for oath ceremony immediately which 6/25/18.

My N400 timeline.

10yrs green card approve on 2/28/18.

Received green card the following week which is like 2/9/18.

Applied for N400 4/9/18.

Scheduled for biometric on 4/14/18.

Did biometric 5/1/18.

Scheduled for interview notice 5/7/18

Did interview 6/11/18.

Oath ceremony scheduled for 6/25/18.

Just a reminder. Started this journey with Shell, Derwood and the rest back in 2014 on the adjustment of status group. Am just on of those that read behind the scene. But happy now to share my story with everyone and I will tell more of the story. Happy the journey is coming to an end.

based on the fact its a USCIS error you should request an expedite on your case they will ask for what error USCIS made you explain they didn't send your card etc and you have already been waiting a long time and they should approve your expedite and you'll have your card in 15 days.

Any tips how to go through their phone system? ..go to the status update and then wait for a tier 1?  :jest:

As of June 11, 2018, petitioners who file Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, or Form I-829, Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove Conditions on Permanent Resident Status, will receive a Form I-797 receipt notice that can be presented with their Form I-551, Permanent Resident Card, as evidence of continued status for 18 months past the expiration date on their Permanent Resident Card.

We are making the change from 12 to 18 months because current processing times for Form I-751 and Form I-829 have increased over the past year.

Additionally, we will issue new Form I-797 receipt notices to eligible conditional permanent residents whose Form I-751 or I-829 was still pending as of June 11, 2018. Those Form I-797 receipt notices will also serve as evidence of continued status for 18 months past the expiration date on petitioner’s Permanent Resident Card.

As a reminder, conditional permanent residents who plan to be outside of the United States for a year or more should apply for a reentry permit by filing Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, before leaving the country. Read more information on our Green Card webpage.

WOW,  It has been a process.  Our ROC was not approved when we submitted the N-400.  Our naturalization interview was scheduled for today.

The officer asked for both of us to join him for the interview.  We both we present for the ROC application interview. After review and questions, we were told the ROC was approved.  Then I left while they proceeded with the N-400 interview.  After 40 minutes that interview ended and we are approved! Now to wait for the oath ceremony notice.  What a wild journey it has been.

June 11 - "Welcome to America" letter received!!!!!! WE WENT GREEN!
March 10 - Packet sent to CSC
March 13 - Delivered
March 15 - Check Cashed
March 17 - NOA Arrived

when did you file roc and n400? how long did you wait for interview after your n400 biometrics?

its so strange, I don't know if I'm going to believe the lady who stamped my passport. Last June 8 I went to USCIS LA to get my stamp. They told me I shouldn't have submitted my n400 coz if after a year of application the n400 case will be closed if my ROC is not yet processed and I will go back to zero in application including paying the fees again. I  went home so frustrated and I felt like losing hope with all this paper works.

Long time lurker.. first time poster..

So i am worried and confused.. hopefully my fellows here can confront me. My i751 case was transferred to local office about 2 months ago. I havent heard anything after that. Is someone else out there it took that long? Ihave been already waiting for about 11 gruesome months already..! Plus my driver's license expires in about 3 months. What do you think i should be doing write now to get that renewed?

If you have a your 1 year extension letter and it's still good you'd use that at the DMV in conjunction with your greencard. If not, get to a uscis office asap and get an i551 stamp in your passport. It will serve as your greencard for another year. As for your wait, currently for most people it's 1.5 years to get your card so you still have some more waiting to do. If you're like me and you filed n400 it could be up to a whole other year.

Hi all, I got 2 text messages same contents saying "Your case WACXXXXXXXXXX is now updated. Check "My Case Status" at www.uscis.gov." I went in to check and it did say

Quote

On June 18, 2018, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WACXXXXXXXXXX, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice. The notice explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by July 18, 2018, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address

However, the status in https://my.uscis.gov/ still remained the same. Anyone got the same notice? Any insights? Does this mean interview coming soon?

That's weird but I would say you need to wait a day or two? Did you file for citizenship?
