This just means they generated a shipping label. It's not uncommon for companies to generate a label, then not send a package, and then generate a new label later to send the package after all... So the card itself has not been packaged and labeled, and picked up by USPS. Most likely, card itself is not available yet.

That’s what we assume even tho our extension letter expired 4-27 & we were approved 4-9. However, when we call USCIS they say it’s in the hands of the USPS now, which isn’t true when the card has not even been generated. Just frustrating. 🙄

I think they’re just not admitting things are backed up because of the recall. I mean it doesn’t take the PO a month to deliver something so I truly believe it’s not produced yet.  We need a stamp now bevause my hubby’s new employer doesn’t use e-verify & they don’t believe us that his green card is stuck in limbo in Missouri. I wish USCIS would just admit they messed up & that’s why we don’t have our card yet. Our inquiry date will be up 5-27....so we’ll see what happens then. Good luck everyone & keep us posted!!

Well I don't if you saw my last message. I spoke with a Tier 2 and my GC didn't got mailed yet. So still waiting here..

 I just received a notice from USCIS stating my case was transferred to another service center. Can you tell me it is a good or bad news? Does it mean I need to attend an interview?

In this case, usually how long can I get the decision from them?

Not yet! They have received my evidence and are supposedly working on it again, but so far no update...

hi, for me I was good news they transferred my case and then 6 weeks later I got approved(just yesterday actually). they did not ask anything from me after the transfer. hopefully its the same way to you too. Goodluck.

Soooo today we received a letter & self addressed envelope asking us to return the greencard we never received due to incorrect dates. It states we need to mail the card back within 20 days & they’d make a new card within 3 weeks. I can’t believe this nightmare! We don’t have the card!!! We sent an email inquiry to the specific email address on the letter, but this is just crazy. How can we mail something that was never sent?? How do people not loose their jobs over this?  If I made such critical errors at work I wouldn’t have a job. Sorry, but I’m just so frustrated.  I hope your card turns up soon, you’ll probably get a letter within a few days like we did because no one at USCIS knew any of this or didn’t share the info, only because of you did I learn of the incorrect dates. 🙄

Yes, this is very frustrating. I hope you get the GC pretty soon which will be such a big relief, regards.
